CQI: Learning CQI Flavour Standards
Overview
This course is designed to introduce the CQI Flavour Standards to:
Q Arabica/Robusta Graders: It's a great practice for the annual flavour calibration that now is a mandatory part of the calibration process.
Our head trainer:
Julian is an AST for Introduction to Coffee, Roasting, Barista Skills, Green Coffee and Sensory Skills.
Q Arabica Grader '17, '20, '23. He currently is a Q Arabica Assistant Instructor and is on its way to becoming a Q Arabica Instructor.
Other coffee professionals interested in learning more about these flavour references, so important for achieving a global coffee quality language.
This course will take around 4 hours.
