Coffee Roasting Essentials - Masterclass
In this masterclass we will cover coffee processing, heat transfer and roasting concepts, tour the roastery. We will also observe three roasts on our sample roaster, sample the roasted coffee, followed by a Q&A session. The duration of this course is 3,5 hours.
Class instructor: Julián Loayza, is our Head Roaster at 39 Steps Coffee, as well as an Authorised SCA Trainer (AST), Q Grader, 2016 UAE Cup Tasters champion, and 2017 WCT quarter finalist.
