SCA Sensory Skills - Professional
Overview
This course will aim to align the student with industry coffee and sensory standards, and prepare them for running sensory evaluation in a coffee business.
Students will acquire the skills required to start identifying and evaluating qualities in specialty green coffee, and to accurately measure and describe coffee beverage characteristics.
At the end of this course, you will learn to generate repeatable and methodical sensory measurements of coffee, and learn how to interpret results.
All our course prices include VAT, AST and the SCA Certification fees. The cost of domestic shipping of the training kit for online courses are also included. You are required to pay an additional 50 Euro SCA Student enrolment fee. This has to be paid direct to the SCA. Details will be provided.
